Will it work with my case on?
Most cases push the hub away from the ports, so it won't seat properly. Take the case off before plugging in Macstension.
Does it charge my MacBook?
Yes. Plug your USB-C charger into the Thunderbolt 3 port for pass-through charging up to 100W. Actual speed depends on your charger and what's connected.
What resolution does HDMI support?
Up to 4K at 30Hz, or 1080p at 60Hz for smoother motion. It drives one external display.
